PRODUCT
  • All details related to each product has been stated in its post, included price, postage fee, color and measurement for available sizes.
  • Actual color may be a little bit different from the picture due to effect from lighting or flash and the impact of computers monitor.
  • Please ensure that you choose the right item, with right color and right measurement before placing order and making payment.
  • Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangeable, without sensible reason.
  • If the product you ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new order for replacement with your permission or we will refund your money.

PAYMENT
  • We accept payment in Ringgit Malaysia ONLY for all products purchased.
  • We accept various forms of payment modes:
    • ATM Transfer via CDM
    • Online Transfer to CIMB
    • Online Transfer to Maybank
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Please allow at most 1 (ONE) working day for us to verify your payment transaction.
  • If you are making Inter-bank Transfer (e.g: from your RHB to our CIMB), please allow at most 2 (TWO) working days for us to verify your payment.
  • Please ensure that you keep the payment transfer receipt (ATM Transfer) or the digital receipt (Online Transfer) as a prove of payment.
  • Prove of payment is very important and it must be emailed or send via Whatsapp, or 
  • You can give details of the transaction :
    • Transaction Reference Number
    • Date of Transaction
    • Exact Time of Transaction
  • We will process your order immediately after the payments is confirmed cleared by our bank and will notify you about the payment confirmation.

SHIPPING
  • Please allow at least 24 to 48 hours to ship your purchased item(s) after payment confirmation for READY STOCK ITEM & 2 to 4 weeks for PRE-ORDER ITEM .
  • We usually use PosLaju service as our main shipping courier. We have the right to use other courier company service without asking your permission.
  • We will inform your tracking number via email/sms. Please refer here to track your parcel. TRACK MY PARCEL (POSLAJU).
  • We  are not responsible for any damage of product caused during shipping and also the delay of shipment by the courier company because its beyond our control.
  • We will not be responsible for the damage or loss during shipment, we will help to deal with the courier company if this problem occurs.
